ALOO BHAJJIA

Ingredients


Potato- 250gms (Boiled & Mashed)

Onion-2 no(finely chopped)

Ginger-2 tsp (Finely chopped)

G.chillies- 2 no (Finely chopped)

Mustard seed - 1tsp

Urad dhal- 1 tsp

Oil- for frying

Gram flour- 1 cup

Rice flour- 1/2 cup

Red chilli Powder- 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Method

Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed, urad dhal saute few seconds , add chopped onion ,ginger & chillies.

Add turmeric powder & Mashed potatoes, add seasoning & mix well.

Make a round size ball & Keep it aside.




Heat oil in a pan for frying.

Take gram flour, rice flour,salt & chilli powder to make a thick batter.


Dip the potato ball in the batter, to fry until golden brown.


To serve with sambar or any kind of chutney.
