BISIBELAHULIYANA

Ingredients
-----------------
Rice - 1 cup

Tuvar dhal - 1/2 cup

Tamarind - small lemon size

Potato - 2ea( cubed)

Beans - 20 ea

Peas - 25gms

shallots - 1 cup

carrot - 2 ea

Mustard seed - 2 tsp

Urad dhal - 2 tsp

Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
For powder
---------------

Corinander seed - 2tsp

Red chillies - 7 ea or Acc to taste

Coconut - 1 cup(grated)

Pepper corn - 1/2 tsp

Cumin seed - 1/2 tsp

Cloves - 5 to 7

Cinnamam stick - 1 ea

Fenugreek seed - 1 tsp

Splitted channa dal - 2 tsp

Urad dhal - 1 tsp

Preheat the pan add all ingredients to saute few seconds & allow to cool , and grind to a fine powder.


Method
----------

Soak the tamarind, and squeeze to make about 5 to 6 cups of juice.

Heat oil in a pressure pan add mustard seed, urad dhal ,curry leaves , shallots to saute few mins & add all vegetables.

Add washed rice, tuvar dal, tamarind water, ground chilli powder & salt .

Cook upto 3 to 4 whistle( depends upon the cooker).

Serve hot with pappad or chips.
