MYSORE BONDA

Ingredients
Urad dhal- 1 cup
Rice flour- 1 cup
Green chillies- 2 ea( finely chopped)
Coconut- 3 tbsp(chopped)
Ginger- 1 tsp( grated)
Peppercorn- 1 tsp
Curry leaves- 2 sprig
Salt- to taste
Oil- for frying
Method
Soak the Uard dhal 3 -4 hrs, grind well.
Add rest of the all ingredients except oil, to make a fine smooth paste.
Heat oil in a pan, make small balls & deep fry in oil.
Fry until golden brown & serve hot with chutney & sambar.

bondas look terrific Sripriya. We usually make bondas with potatoes.. this one is new to me.
