POORI MASALA

Ingredients
---------------

For poori
------------

Wheat flour- 1 cup

Oil- for frying

Salt- 1/2 tsp

Warm water- 1/2 cup


For Masala
---------------


Potato- 200gms( Boiled)

Onion- 2 ea( finely chopped)

G.chillies-2 ea( finely chopped)

Ginger- 2 tsp( finely chopped)

Oil- 2 tsp

Mustard seed- 2 tsp

Urad dhal- 1 tsp

Curry leaves- 2 sprigs

Turmeric powder- 1 tsp



Method
======

For poori
------------

Mix all ingredients except oil, make a fine dough.


Allow to rest for 30 mins


Make a equal balls & flatten to make round shape.


Deep fry in hot oil.



For Masala
---------------

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed, urad dhal to temper.


Add chopped chillies, ginger , onion & curry leaves allow to cook .


Add turmeric powder & mashed potatoes.


Mix well, allow to cook until rew flavour extracts.


Serve hot with Poori.
