Well chow chow in india is called Banglore Brinjal.Well don’t know about the botanical name but this is how it is called in india. Tastes like cucumber but little bit softer in texture.more to say my hubby wasn’t happy when I said the name but when I served him he emptied the pot.

Ingredients

Chow chow- 1 ea
Yoghurt- 1 cup
Cilantro- 2 tsp(chopped)
Salt- to taste

Method

Peel the skin & grate the chow chow.

Mix yoghurt, salt, chopped cilantro & grated chow chow.

Serve with rice or rotis.
