MANGO LASSI

RM 1



Ingredients

Alphonso mango pulp- 250 ml

Yoghurt- 500ml

Sugar- 50gms

Method
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until they are smooth enough.
Serve cold.
I used canned mango pulp. Fresh mangoes can be used during season.

Wow Delicious. My mouth is watering. Back home we used to make it almost everyday in summer and have it puris and chapathis.

For one, I wish I could have that Alphonso pulp! We get the canned ripe mango pulp here and it is loaded with sugar :(
