NAVRATHNA KHORMA

RM2 #Day 21


Ingredients

Onion- 1 ea(sliced)
Tomato- 2 ea( chopped)
Potato-1 ea
Carrot-1 ea
Peas-5ogms
Beans-50gms
Cauliflower florets-1 cup
Panner- 50gms(fried)
Green capsicum- 1ea
Red capsicum-1 ea
Yellow capsicum-1 ea
Cloves- 2 ea
Cardamom-2 ea
Bay leaves- 2 ea
Cinnaman stick- 2ea
Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp
Butter- 50gms
Red chiilio powder- 2 tsp(Acc to taste)
Garam masala- 2 tsp
Coriander powder- 2 tsp
Milk- 150ml
Cilantro- for garnish

Method

Cut all vegetables into equal size.

Heat butter in a pan, add all spices, onion,tomato & saute for few mins.

Add all powders & add potato, carrot, beans, peas one by one.

Add milk and boil until all vegetables almost cooked, add cauliflower & all peppers.

Allow to cook & add fried paneer.

If the gravy tends to be watery, add corn starch mixed in water.

Finish with cilantro.

Capscicums must ahve given out a wonderful aroma and they tri colors have made your khorma a feast to the eyes...
