PANEER (STUFFED) DOSA

RM2 #Day 23




Ingredients

Dosa batter- 4 cups (Click here for recipe)

Paneer- 1 cup( Grated)
Oil- 3 tbsp

For stuffing:-

Paneer-1 cups(grated)

Onion-1 ea(finely chopped)

Tomato-1 ea(finely chopped)

Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp

Oil- 2 tbsp

Mustard seed- 1 tsp

G.chillies-2 ea(acc to taste)
Salt- to taste

Method

To start with this can be done in two ways. First way is to make a dosa & sprinkle grated panner directly & cook.


Secondly make a stuffing.Heat oil in a pan add in the mustard seeds, green chillies, Onions, ginger/garlic paste & tomato & sweat well.



Add in the grated paneer & season well. keep separate.


Make dosa as usual, stuff the paneer mix, roll & serve hot.

Hmm..paneer dosa looks tempting..have heard of paneer stuffed parathas..this one is totally new to me..but I know I will love it,coz I just love Paneer in anything and everything!!
