WHEAT RAWA UPMA

RM 2# Day 6

Ingredients

Wheat rawa-1cup

Water- 2 1/2 cups

Onion- 1 ea(finely chopped)

Tomato- 1 ea( finely chopped)

G.chilles- 1 or 2 (acc to taste)

Ginger- 1 tsp(grated)

Carrot, peas,cauliflower- 1cup

Salt- to taste

Oil- 2 tsp

Mustard seed- 1 tsp

Method

Preheat the pan dry roast the wheat rawa for few mins & keep it aside.

Add oil in a pan, temper with mustard seed, ginger & chilles & add onion ,tomato & saute few mins.

Add all vegetables to cook until half done, add water & allow to boil.

Add salt & roasted wheat rawa, to mix well.

cook until all water evaporates & the rawa gets cooked, serve hot with any chutneys or sambar.

Wheat Rawa Upma sounds similar to Fada ni Khichdi which I shared with you the other day when you were at my place....looks healthy and inviting

Nice and easy to make upma... I love it with vegies... When I am tired I skip the veggies thats my bad :(
