CHEESE PARATHA

Ingredients

Wheat flour- 2 cups
Cheddar cheese-1 cup
Oil- 2 tbsp

Method

Make a tight tough with wheat flour, water & oil.

Make equal balls Flatten each separately & put cheese in the centre Fold in to make a ball shape again & flatten.



In a Hot tawa cook cheese paratha evenly on both sides.

Serve with
veg curry dishes or chutneys.

Hi Sri,
God! what a parathaaaaaaaaaaaa... last night I though am indulging quite a lot...so shall minus oil and fatty-things ;) from my list...and n my my what do I see here...lol it's a cheeeeeeeeeeeeese paratha, god what an idea! and so tempting :) will surely make this sometime soon.....can can ever diet? ;)Thanks for the recipe.
BTW last night I made oil less aloo parathas ;) and was elated by the amazing results will post soon
