GOBI 65 -CAULIFLOWER 65

Ingredients

Cauliflower- 1 ea
Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder- 2 tsp
Plain flour-1 cup
Corn flour-2 tsp
Salt- to taste
Oil- for frying

Method

Take cauliflower, cut in to small florets.

Take a bowl, add plain flour,corn flour,ginger garlic paste, seasoning to make a fine batter.

Dip the cauliflower in the batter, deep fry in oil.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
