PARUPPU PODI (DHAL POWDER)

Ingredients

Roasted bengal gram-2 cups(pottu kadalai/roasted channa dhal/dalia)
Red chilli powder-5-10 ea(acc to taste)
Garlic-4-5 cloves
Salt- to taste

Method

Mix red chillies,salt in a blender to grind few seconds, add roasted channa dhal to grind to a fine powder.
Finally add garlic to grind few seconds.
Serve with rice & ghee.

Note:
We can add half portion roasted peanut with roasted bengal gram.

Love paruppu podi with milagu kozhambu. But i normally don't add garlic, will add garlic and try next time. Looks delicious.
